Specializing in gourmet finger foods, elegant canapés, grazing tables, and decadent cakes and desserts, I combine quality ingredients with artistic presentation to create bites that are as beautiful as they are delicious. Whether it’s an intimate celebration or a grand event, my goal is to elevate every occasion with expertly crafted creations that leave a lasting impression.
All About Me
My love affair with baking began long before I ever dreamt it could become a business. I grew up in Latvia, where my granny filled our home with the warm, sweet aromas of freshly baked treats. She taught me not just recipes, but the joy of creating food that brings people together.
At 20, I moved to Ireland with big dreams and a curious heart. Life took me into the corporate world, and for over 20 years I have worked the classic 9–5 in IT. Along the way, I explored all sorts of side ventures, but no matter what I tried, I always found myself drifting back to the kitchen - back to the place where creativity, comfort, and connection come together.
In 2025, I decided it was finally time to follow that pull and turn my passion into something real. And so, my home-based baking and catering business was born. From elegant canapés to indulgent desserts and stunning grazing tables, every bite I create carries the same love and care I learnt as a child - crafted to make your celebrations not only delicious but unforgettable.
