Order Delivery Policy

​Thank you for choosing Gourmet Party Bites. We want to ensure your order is delivered fresh, on time, and with the best service possible. Please review our Delivery Policy before placing your order.

1. Pre-Orders & Delivery Scheduling

  • All catering deliveries must be pre-ordered through our website.

  • You will be asked to select your preferred delivery date and time at checkout.

  • Delivery is available to Dundalk & Blackrock, Co Louth at a cost of €5.

2. Order Deadlines

  • Orders should be placed at least 3 days in advance to guarantee availability.

  • For last-minute orders (within 3 days), please reach out to us and we’ll see how we can help. Phone: 087 742 9534

3. Delivery Process

  • Our team will deliver your order to the address provided at checkout at the scheduled time.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the chosen time and location.

  • Delivery charges may apply based on distance or order size. Full details will be provided at checkout.

4. Delivery Times

  • We aim to deliver your order within a 15–30 minute window of your requested time to allow for traffic and unforeseen delays.

  • If there are any unexpected delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.

5. Late or Missed Deliveries

  • If no one is available to receive the delivery at the confirmed time and location, we will attempt to contact you.

  • Orders not collected upon delivery may be returned, and a re-delivery charge may apply if a new time slot is required.

  • Refunds will not be provided for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or no one being available to receive the order.

6. Changes or Cancellations

  • Any changes to your delivery details (e.g., address, time) must be made at least 48 hours before your delivery slot.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery may not be eligible for a full refund. Please see our Refund Policy for more information.

7. Food Safety & Quality

  • Orders are prepared fresh on the day of delivery.

  • Once delivered, the responsibility for correct storage and consumption of the food lies with the customer.
