Order Delivery Policy

​Thank you for choosing Gourmet Party Bites. We want to ensure your order is delivered fresh, on time, and with the best service possible. Please review our Delivery Policy before placing your order.

1. Pre-Orders & Delivery Scheduling

  • All catering & cake/dessert deliveries must be pre-ordered.

  • You will be asked to select your preferred delivery date and time after your booking has been confirmed.

  • Catering & celebration cake delivery is available to Dundalk & Blackrock, Co Louth at a cost of €10. 

  • Wedding cake delivery and set-up is available within Co Louth, Co Meath, Co Cavan and Co Monaghan with cost starting from €50. Please contact us for a quote on delivery & set-up charges to your selected wedding venue!

2. Delivery Process

  • Our team will deliver your order to the address provided at the scheduled time.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the chosen time and location.

3. Delivery Times

  • We aim to deliver your order within a 15–30 minute window of your requested time to allow for traffic and unforeseen delays.

  • If there are any unexpected delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.

4. Late or Missed Deliveries

  • If no one is available to receive the delivery at the confirmed time and location, we will attempt to contact you.

  • Orders not collected upon delivery may be returned, and a re-delivery charge will apply if a new time slot is required.

  • Refunds will not be provided for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or no one being available to receive the order.

5. Changes or Cancellations

  • Any changes to your delivery details (e.g., address, time) must be made at least 48 hours before your delivery slot.

  • Cancellations within 5 days of the scheduled delivery will not be eligible for a full refund. Please see our Refund Policy for more information.

6. Food Safety & Quality

  • Once delivered, the responsibility for correct storage and consumption of the food lies with the customer.
