Whether you're hosting an intimate gathering or a grand event, our team makes care of every detail so you can relax and enjoy your special day.

Booking Catering for Your Event

Please Note :

We recommend booking your event at least 3 weeks or more in advance. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept bookings for events less than 2 weeks away.

  1. Choose Your Catering Package(s) - Browse our catering packages and pick the option(s) that best suit your event. Please note, all our packages can be customised. 

  2. Submit an Enquiry - click 'Get in Touch' button and complete our Enquiry form with: Event date, Location, Number of guests, Dietary requirements, Any special requests.

  3. Receive Your Quote - Once we receive your enquiry, we will confirm availability and provide initial quote within 2 working days. This will also include hire deposit for hired tables, crockery, cutlery, glasses and display units, if required), and additional delivery fee if event location is more than 20km away from our HQ. 

  4. Secure Your Date - To secure your booking, please pay the required deposit (30% of the total cost). Your date will only be reserved once payment has been received. 

  5. Finalise Your Menu - We’ll confirm your final menu selections closer to your event.

  6. Final Payment - The remaining balance (incl. hire deposit) is due 7 days before your event date.

  7. Event Setup Timing - For large events, access to the venue is required the day before for setup and 1 - 2 hours before the event starts to arrange the food. For smaller events & kids’ parties setup will take place 1 - 2 hours before the event starts.

  8. Pack Down & Collection - At an agreed time after your event, we’ll return to pack down and collect all hired items.

  9. Hire Deposit Return - Any damages will be deducted from the hire deposit. The remaining amount will be refunded once all hired items are returned and inspected.
