These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Gourmet Party Bites’ website and services. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Orders

  • All catering orders must be placed via our website.

  • You must provide accurate information, including your name, contact details, delivery/collection address, and desired date and time.

  • Orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Gourmet Party Bites.

2. Pre-Order & Scheduling

  • Orders must be placed in advance for a specific delivery or collection date and time.

  • We reserve the right to reject orders that cannot be accommodated.

  • Please ensure that you select the correct date and time when placing your order, as changes may not be possible after confirmation.

3. Payment

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Payments are processed securely via our chosen payment provider.

  • Prices are displayed in [€] and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Delivery & Collection

  • Delivery: Orders will be delivered to the address provided at the agreed date and time. Delivery charges may apply.

  • Collection: Orders must be collected at the specified location at the agreed date and time.

  • We aim to deliver within a 15–30 minute window of your requested time.

  • Late collections or missed deliveries are the customer’s responsibility; refunds may not be provided.

5. Changes & Cancellations

  • Any changes to your order must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours in advance to qualify for a full refund.

  • Late changes or cancellations may not be accepted, or may be subject to partial refund at our discretion.

6. Food Safety & Allergens

  • All food is prepared fresh for your order.

  • Customers are responsible for safe storage, handling, and consumption of food once collected or delivered.

  • Please inform us of any allergens when placing your order. We take precautions but cannot guarantee allergen-free meals.

7. Refunds & Returns

  • Refunds are generally only offered for cancellations within the permitted timeframe or for verified order issues.

  • If there is a problem with your order (e.g., missing or incorrect items), please contact us immediately. We may offer a replacement or partial/full refund.

  • Once food leaves our premises or has been delivered, returns are not accepted due to health and safety regulations.

8. Liability

  • Gourmet Party Bites is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by delays in delivery or collection outside our control.

  • Liability for food quality is limited to the value of the order in cases of verified error or issue.

  • All content on the website, including images, menus, and text, is the property of Gourmet Party Bites and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
