Ordering Your Bespoke Cake

Please Note :

We recommend placing orders at least 3 weeks in advance
All cakes are handmade and unique
Deposits are non-refundable

Get in Touch

Submit an Enquiry - Click 'Get in Touch' button & complete my Enquiry form with details including your event date, number of servings/guests, preferred flavours, and any design ideas. Inspiration images are welcome.
Design & Quotation - Once we receive your enquiry, we will confirm availability and provide a personalised design proposal and price within 2 business days.
Confirm your booking - To secure your order, please approve the design and pay the required deposit (50% of the total cost). Your date will only be reserved once payment has been received.
Final Arrangements - The remaining balance is due 3 days before your event. Any amendments must be requested no later that 5 days before your event.
Collection or Delivery - Choose between collection or delivery - please refer to our Collection & Delivery Policy for full details and applicable fees.
