Returns & Refunds Policy

At Gourmet Party Bites, we take pride in preparing fresh, high-quality food for your chosen date and time. Because all orders are made to order, our returns and refunds policy is designed to be fair while considering the nature of our products.

1. Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery or collection time to be eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made after this period may be non-refundable or subject to a partial refund, at our discretion.

2. Changes to Orders

  • Changes to your order (e.g., menu items, delivery details, or time) must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled time.

  • We cannot guarantee changes requested after this period, as ingredients and schedules are prepared in advance.

3. Refunds for Late or Missed Collections/Deliveries

  • If you are not available at the agreed collection or delivery time, we cannot guarantee the freshness or quality of your order and refunds will not be issued.

  • For delivery orders, if the address provided is incorrect or no one is available to receive the order, a re-delivery charge may apply.

4. Order Issues or Errors

  • If there is a problem with your order (e.g., missing items, incorrect products), please contact us immediately upon delivery or collection.

  • We will review the issue promptly and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or partial/full refund depending on the circumstances.

5. Quality Concerns

  • All food is prepared fresh for your scheduled time. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours with details and, if possible, photos so we can investigate and resolve the matter.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any food products once they have left our premises or been delivered.
