Gift Card Policy

Thank you for choosing Gourmet Party Bites Gift Cards. Please read the following terms to understand how our gift cards can be used.

1. General Use

  • Gift cards can be used to purchase catering orders for delivery or collection on a specific date and time.

  • Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.

  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase other gift cards.

2. Ordering with a Gift Card

  • Gift cards can be redeemed online during the checkout process.

  • You must provide the gift card code in the designated field to apply the balance to your order.

  • If the order total exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.

3. Delivery & Collection Orders

  • Orders using a gift card must still comply with our standard pre-order, delivery, and collection policies, including selecting a specific date and time.

  • Delivery fees (if applicable) may need to be paid separately and cannot be covered by the gift card.

4. Expiry & Lost Cards

  • Expired gift cards cannot be redeemed or replaced.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Please treat your gift card like cash.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Gift cards cannot be refunded for cash.

  • If an order paid with a gift card is canceled within the permitted timeframe, the value will be returned to the gift card.
