Thank you for choosing Gourmet Party Bites. To ensure a smooth experience for all our customers, please read our Order Collection Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Pre-Orders & Collection Times

All catering orders must be placed in advance through our website.

When placing your order, you will be asked to select a specific date and time for collection.

Orders must be collected at the agreed date and time to ensure freshness and quality.
2. Order Deadlines

We kindly request that orders be placed at least 3 days in advance.

3. Collection Process

Please arrive on time for your collection slot to avoid delays.

Bring your order confirmation email or order number when collecting your food.

Orders will be handed over at our designated collection point:
7 The Towers, Point Road, Dundalk, Co Louth, A91 F6RX
4. Late Collections

We will hold your order for 6 hours after the scheduled collection time.

After this period, we cannot guarantee the same quality or freshness.

Refunds will not be issued for orders not collected on time.
5. Changes or Cancellations

Changes to your order (e.g., time, date, items) must be requested at least 48 hours before your collection time.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the collection time may not be eligible for a full refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
6. Food Safety & Quality

We prepare all orders fresh for your chosen collection time.

Once collected, the responsibility for storing, transporting, and consuming the food safely lies with the customer.
